About The People
Ornamental Tree & shrub Ltd. was founded in October of 2004.
The company is owned and operated by Jeff Bailey, who has
over 20 years of arboricultural experience. A 1986 graduate from
Hocking College in southern Ohio, Jeff received an Associate
Bachelors Degree in Forestry and Tree Care. He obtained a
Bachelors degree from Kent State University with a major in
Secondary Education; concentrating in biology, earth science
and geology. He is a Certified Arborist with the International
Society of Arboriculture. He is currently teaching horticulture
classes at The Holden Arboretum and Cleveland State University.
